Our control room is also responsible for the dispatch of our key holder and first response teams. For an annual subscription we take over the responsibility of responding to an alarm activation at your premises. Where your procedures require 2 persons on site we can likewise supply the second person to escort your employee.
In the event of an alarm activation our officer is dispatched to site. We normally expect to achieve alarm response well within the standards laid down by the police. Our officer will remain on site until the event is cleared.
We can even arrange for an emergency boarding up or other service, so that the premises are secured and the incident dealt with prior to your attendance.
You will be contacted in accordance with your pre-agreed instructions.
At all times our officer remains in contact with our control room and a report is prepared prior to site departure.
