Norfolk Constabulary: Dereham town centre burglaries

Police in Dereham are appealing for witnesses
after two business premises in the town centre were burgled at the
weekend.

The first incident occurred between 5.30pm
Friday 7 February and 8.30am Saturday 8 February at a property in
Quebec Street.

A rear window was smashed to gain entry to the
building and approximately 800 in cash was stolen from inside.

The second break-in took place between 12.30am
and 2.50pm on Saturday 8 February at a restaurant in Market Place,
where a rear window was forced open to gain entry and cash
amounting to an estimated 350 was stolen.

Anyone with information about either of these incidents is asked
