Cyclists pedal to Hunstanton and back for charity

Two intrepid cyclists got in the saddle to help raise hundreds of pounds for charity.

Peter Welsh and Stuart Henry, who both work for Sue Ryder, cycled from the Lincoln Road charity shop in Peterborough to Hunstanton and back. The pair braved the elements to help the charity s campaign to build a new hospice at the Thorpe Hall site. Sue Ryder need to raise 6 million for the new facility, and Peter and Stuart managed to add more than 500 to the total.

Building work at Thorpe Hall is set to start at the beginning of next month with the new inpatient unit set to open 37 weeks later.
