Norfolk police arrest 17-and 18-year-old in trio of early morning …

Tijuan A Feimster Robbery Use of Firearm in Commission of a Felony ConspiracyNorfolk, Va. Norfolk police have arrested two teens and are trying to identify a third suspect in three early-morning robberies that happened on May 7th1.

18-year-old Tijuan A. Feimster and a 17-year-old minor have been charged with robbery, use of a firearm in commission of a felony and conspiracy.

Feimster is currently being held in the Norfolk City Jail with no bond.

The first robbery occurred shortly after 3am at W.

24th Street and Colonial Avenue. A man told police that while he was walking near the intersection a dark colored SUV pulled up and two men demanded money at gunpoint. The man complied and the suspects fled.

The man was not injured.

A short time later in the 100 block of W.

21st Street around 3:10 am, another man called police and stated that he was just approached by a dark-colored SUV.

Again, two men armed with guns got out and demanded money from him. The man quickly ran away without giving them any money. The suspects then fled the area in the same vehicle.

About 10 minutes later, at 3:20 am, police received another call for an individual robbery that just occurred in the 1000 block of W.

39th Street. Two men, who are not ODU students, told police that they were standing near their vehicle when a dark-colored SUV pulled up.

Again, two men go out and robbed them at gunpoint. The suspects fled prior to police arrival.

The victims were not injured during the robbery.

Norfolk Police Detectives are still attempting to identify the third suspect.
