Prince Harry Regrets Missing Princess Charlotte's Christening

Prince Harry1 seems to semi-regret not being at Princess Charlotte s christening in July. According to the UK s Mail on Sunday2, Prince William s younger brother, 30, joked about being a bad uncle while chatting with Save the Rhino ranger Simson Uri-Khob.

The Prince said ‘What a bad uncle I am! I should really be there.

But today I am here, this is where I want to be, Uri-Khob told the site of the royal, who had longstanding commitments in Namibia, South Africa, prior to the birth of Kate Middleton s second child.

Harry has been volunteering since June, helping protect wildlife including lions and elephants from poachers as well working to help develop sustainable communities. He also missed Charlotte s highly anticipated birth while in Australia and New Zealand. Harry finally met his niece three weeks later.

Charlotte s christening took place on July 5 at the 16th century Church of St.

Mary Magdalene on the Sandringham estate in Paddington, London. The Archbishop of Canterbury, The Most Reverend Justin Welby, presided over the ceremony and personally baptized Middleton s baby girl.

She s been a little joy, Prince William gushed about his daughter5 to reporters that day. But at the same time, it s a lot more responsibility, looking after two little ones, especially when George is around.
