Any requests made after this date would not reach a customer until after the bar date, so would not be able to be returned on time.
AI Scheme Limited wrote to nearly 2 million card security product holders with the following products in August and September 2015:
- Card Protection
- Sentinel Gold
- Sentinel Protection
- Sentinel Excel
- Safe and Secure Plus
If you received a letter and compensation claim form, consider whether you may have been affected by any potential selling issues and whether you wish to claim compensation.
You must complete and return the original compensation claim form.
It must be received by the AI Scheme Administrators by no later than 18 March 2016.
The formal letters should come from AI Scheme. Be aware of letters from any claims management firms who offer to put your claim in for you for a fee .
they can t obtain the refund any quicker than the formal route so only pay attention to letters from AI Scheme.

If you can t find your original claim form, which was sent last year, you ll need to call 0800 678 1930 to get a new form.
Use the envelope provided to return your completed original claim form well before the 18 March 2016 bar date.
