Luck of the Irish strikes early in Norwich
NORWICH, Conn. (WTNH) The luck of the Irish will strike early in Norwich today as they re hosting a Saint Patrick s Day parade downtown.
Revelers started the party early on Good Morning Connecticut as the Head Brewer at These Guys Brewery, Rebecca Alberts, stopped by along with the a parade committee member, Jake Mankee, to reveal some of the fun highlights.
Alberts showed off some of the tasty beers folks will be drinking at the parade. Also, they talked about some of the great events along the parade route which will include bagpipes and Irish step dancers.
The fun starts at 1:00 p.m. it begins at Ferry Street in Norwich, parades through Downtown and returns to Ferry Street.
