Road that leads to A47 at Pentney now reopen after earlier crash

The entrance of Main Road, which takes drivers to the A47 at Pentney, was closed for two hours while emergency services dealt with the incident.

The ambulance service reported there were two casualties, one considered to be walking-wounded and another with neck and head injuries. Both were taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King s Lynn for further treatment. An ambulance spokesman said: It appears their injuries are not life threatening.
The emergency services were called at around 1.15pm to Main Road in Pentney near King s Lynn to reports that a Renault Clio had rolled over.
The fire service reported that one of the casualties had to be extricated from the vehicle.
Police reopened the road at 3.40pm.
