As the event returns to the city on Thursday, Open will be awash with models, designers and eager audiences, all hoping to see the latest collections.

One of the main changes to this year s event is that all of the shows will be at Open, on Bank Plain, as opposed to different venues across Norwich. It all kicks off on March 10 with the Mercedes-Benz of Norwich Retailers Show, which will include collections from both high street and independent retailers. But it s not all about the clothes this year, as Dipple and Conway Opticians Hair Show will be bringing together some of the best styles from stylists across the city.

People are invited to head down to Open on March 11 to find some inspiration. Tickets for all of the events, which run from Thursday, March 10, until Thursday, March 17, are available from the venue. Hannah Smith, who is inspired by designers such as Iris Van Herpen and Gareth Pugh, is returning for the third year.

Her minimalist collection will be showcased again and this year s theme is the circus. Other exciting emerging designers include Jo Randall, who impressed in 2015 with her multicoloured floor- length gown made entirely from dried glue. Emma Harrowing, one of the show directors, said: It is going to be a fantastic event, and it is not just for people who are interested in fashion.

It is also about the style and heritage of textiles in Norwich.

Norwich has long been known as an artistic hub and the 10-day fashion-orientated events highlight the talent nurtured in the city.
