Share link shares Police are now investigating the incident, which happened on Gayton Walk, in Old Catton, Norwich, at around 3.15pm on Thursday, March 3. A man, thought to be in his 60s or 70s, had been walking a large brown dog on a lead when it jumped on the boy as they passed each other.
Police said the animal scratched the boy s back, causing him to fall over and cut his knee. Officers are keen to trace the dog walker. Anyone with information should contact Sprowston Police Station on 101.
