A 53-year-old man has died in hospital after being found in a life-threatening condition at a Great Yarmouth property.

Detectives are investigating after the incident, which saw paramedics called to the property in Stephenson Close on Friday night.

He was taken to the James Paget University Hospital for treatment but died earlier today.

Police are investigating the circumstances leading to the man s hospitalisation and the death is currently being treated as unexplained.

The address remains sealed off while enquiries continue and a Home Office post mortem will take place in due course.
