Norfolk Constabulary: Fakenham

Residents in Fakenham are being encouraged to have their
property security marked by the local Safer Neighbourhood Team.

Officers can mark up any valuable property, including bikes,
garden equipment and tools, with UV markers, as well as give out
crime prevention advice to homeowners.

PCSO Jo Robotham from Fakenham SNT said: “This is being offered
as a free service to make valuable items less attractive to thieves
and easier for police to identify should it be stolen and later
recovered.

“The marking will also be available at the street surgeries in
the Fakenham SNT area and is a great opportunity for local
residents to meet their policing team and talk about any issues
they are having.”

If you would like your property marked, please contact PCSO Jo
Robotham or PCSO Shane Artingstall at your local safer
neighbourhood team in Fakenham on 101, and there’s more crime
prevention advice at www.norfolk.police.uk1
