Norfolk Constabulary: Thetford collision appeal

17 February 2015

Officers are appealing for witnesses following
a collision in Thetford.

Shortly after 5pm on Friday 6 February, a
lorry was in collision with a wall on Caxton Way Industrial Estate,
before the driver left the scene without leaving any details.

The
damage to the wall was at a cost of around 3,000.

Police are asking local fleet operators to
contact them if they have noticed damage to the rear doors of one
of their vehicles as it is suspected that the vehicle may have been
driven by a courier on behalf of a delivery company.

Anyone else who may have witnessed the incident or may be able
to help police identify the vehicle should contact PC Tom Joyce at
Thetford Police Station on 101 or call
Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
