Watton Medical Practice catchment area changes

Following close liaison with NHS England and having made new key appointments Watton Medical Practice has been able to expand its reduced catchment area and from 1st September 2015, re-open its lists to a sector of patients in what is seen as positive step for the people of Watton and the surrounding district.

The appointments underline a significant transformation for the Practice, which last year had to de-register 1,500 patients to help maintain consistent and safe levels of primary care within the Watton area after the resignation of three GPs and a Nurse Practitioner.

That new practice area boundary means we can welcome back patients who live in Little Cressingham and Saham Hills.

Unfortunately, we are not able to register former patients who live in Carbrooke Village, Great Cressingham, Ashill, Stow or Lower Bedon, Hockhams and Wrethams, who will continue to be covered by other practices.
